Botanical Support for Resilience, Clarity, and Sacred Balance

Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is a revered adaptogenic herb traditionally used to uplift the spirit, calm the nervous system, and balance the body’s stress response. With its subtly sweet, peppery aroma and grounding presence, Tulsi is considered a sacred plant in Ayurveda, where it is honored as the "Queen of Herbs."

For thousands of years, Tulsi has been used in Indian households not only for its medicinal qualities but also for spiritual protection and purification. It is planted in temple courtyards and home gardens across South Asia, where it is regarded as a divine embodiment of compassion and healing.

Tulsi supports mental clarity, emotional resilience, and immune strength while also gently supporting digestion and circulation. Its balancing nature makes it a powerful ally for modern-day stress and energetic overwhelm.

As a tea infusion:
Use 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 1.5–2 grams) of dried Tulsi leaf per cup of hot water.

  • Pour just-boiled water over the herb

  • Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes
