As a powder:
Take ½ to 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–4g) daily.
Mix into warm milk or plant milk with a dash of honey, or blend into smoothies, tonics, or herbal lattes
Best taken in the evening for sleep support, or morning for daily grounding
