Botanical Name: Lavandula angustifolia

Botanical Support for Serenity, Rest, and Emotional Balance

Lavender is a calming and aromatic herb traditionally used to soothe the nervous system, ease tension, and promote restful sleep. Its floral, slightly sweet aroma has made it a timeless remedy for relaxation, emotional well-being, and gentle heart support.

Native to the Mediterranean, Lavender has been revered in traditional European folk medicine and was widely used in ancient Roman baths and temples to purify the spirit and calm the mind. It has also been used by Indigenous communities around the world in ceremonial and healing practices for its peaceful, cleansing nature.

Its cooling, comforting properties make it a cherished ally during moments of overwhelm, nervousness, or emotional fatigue. Lavender also gently supports digestion and is often used to ease bloating or digestive discomfort associated with stress.

As a tea infusion:
Use 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 1–2 grams) of dried lavender flowers per cup of hot water.

  • Pour just-boiled water over the flowers

  • Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes
