📦 Return Conditions

Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns of sealed and unopened packages of tea. If the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item cannot be returned or refunded.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened and in their original packaging

• Sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your return

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm the product meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund within 5 business days via your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The product was damaged upon arrival

• The wrong item was sent

Please package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
