Step 1: Choose Your Dose
How much cacao you use depends on your intention and sensitivity.
Casual dose: 10–25 g
Medium dose: 25–35 g
Ceremonial dose: 35–45 g
Step 2: Blend into a Frothy Drink
Heat your water or plant milk to around 70–80°C (not boiling, so it stays drinkable and smooth). Then mix in the cacao thoroughly with a whisk, milk frother, or blender. For a cappuccino-style twist, you can also pour foamed barista oat milk over dissolved cacao in hot water.
