We will hike slowly through the forest transitioning into the dunes, in this transition we can witness how the flora and fauna around us changes, both landscapes uniquely equipped with their own herbs. Along the hike we will have the chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery around us and to connect with nature. The hike is a perfect experience to enhance your connection with nature and to build your herbal plant knowlegde in different ways. So, whether you are someone who is new or experienced to herbalism or you are looking to be more present with yourself and/ or nature, this hike is useful in both cases.
