Cancellation Policy

For the Medicine Making Workshop, Medicine Walk, Mushroom Ceremony and Truffel Ceremonie, I work with small groups and a limited number of places. When you make a booking, a place is reserved especially for you.

No refunds

​

Once a booking has been made, refunds are not available. Your place is reserved for you from the moment of booking, and preparations for each activity are made based on the number of participants.

Rescheduling your booking

​

If you are unable to attend, I am happy to move your booking to another available date if you let me know at least 7 days before the scheduled activity.

​

If you contact me less than 7 days before the activity, I unfortunately cannot move your booking to another date. Because I work with small groups and a limited number of places, I usually cannot fill a place again at such short notice.

If you would still like to attend on another date after this period, a new booking will be required.

Unexpected circumstances

​

I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, including illness or personal situations. Please let me know as soon as possible if something comes up. I will always do my best to help where I can, but within 7 days of the activity I cannot guarantee that your booking can be moved.

These conditions allow me to keep the Medicine Making Workshop, Medicine Walk, Mushroom Ceremony and Truffel Ceremonie small, personal and carefully prepared.
