Voor een kop kittelbloem thee gebruik je ongeveer 5–10 gedroogde bloemen per kop heet water (±250 ml). Laat dit 5–10 minuten trekken, afhankelijk van hoe intens je de smaak en werking wilt ervaren.

De thee heeft een zachte, aardse smaak en een diepblauwe kleur. Voor een frisse twist kun je wat citroensap toevoegen dit verandert de kleur naar paars en geeft een lichte, verfrissende smaak.

Drink 1–2 koppen per dag, bijvoorbeeld in de ochtend voor focus of in de middag als rustmoment.
